MEIKYO ELITE KARATE DOJO, LLC
The MEIKYO ELITE KARATE DOJO, LLC is a karate school that follows the principles and teachings set forth by Master Gichin Funakoshi the founder of karate-do. Emphasis is on perfecting the basic techniques (kihon), Forms (kata), Sparring (kumite) through regular training. At the same time we understand that reasons for practicing karate varies especially in these modern days; and so our training programs are geared to accommodate your needs as well. We are currently affiliated to the International Karate Daigaku (I.K.D.). Honbu dojo located in Ontario Canada.
Even though our dedication to the basic fundamentals is paramount, we at MEIKYO ELITE KARATE DOJO, LLC emphasize intensive bunkai (forms application) and embu (two persons form application) training, as part of our self-defense program. Learn how you can effectively use karate techniques to defend yourself.
We have a highly motivating coaching program that will prepare students to perform at superior standards in kumite (sparring) and kata (forms) in local and international karate tournaments.
